Where are the army ranger bases?

after you finish ranger school where do you go and where are the army ranger bases



ps. do you have to go to ranger school to become a ranger
ranger school does NOT make you a Ranger!

rangers who are in the 75th Ranger Regiment are based in Georgia and Washington. there are 2 bases in GA and 1 in Washington.

You must pass Ranger school tobe a Ranger, and they are stationed everywhere
Fort Benning. In Georgia
You do not go to Ranger School to join a Ranger Battalion.



Anyone can go to Ranger school, Ranger school is a leadership school.Even guys from the Marine Corps go to Ranger school.



If you want to fight in the 75th Ranger Regiment , you go through a thing called RASP ( Ranger Assessment and Selection Program) . RASP is 8 weeks long, and if you pass training, you are awarded the Ranger tan beret and the Ranger scroll and you are officially a Ranger.



you will get stationed either in Washington state , Or Georgia. There are 3 battalions.



1 in washington and 2 in georgia.





Only after you have served in the 75th for about a year will you go to Ranger school.

IF you fail Ranger school then you are kicked out of the 75th Ranger Regiment.
